Belangrijk voor een optimaal gebruik van de applicatie is om je “locatievoorziening” in je telefoon aan te zetten.

Wanneer je de app opent krijg je dan meteen een overzicht van alle restaurants die een tafeltje beschikbaar hebben in je buurt . Als je favourieten hebt aangeduid kan je ook enkel deze lijst raadplegen.

Staat je locatievoorziening uit, dan kan je de lijst met beschikbare tafels enkel alfabetisch raadplegen.

Hoe omgaan met notificaties ?

Je kan je voorkeuren voor meldingen instellen volgens je behoefte.

Meldingen kan je ten alle tijden beheren in je telefoon. Ze overrulen sowiso de instellingen van de applicatie. Gezien het last-minute karakter van de applicatie bevelen we je aan om je notificaties voor Yeat te laten aan staan om zo geen opportuniteiten te moeten missen.

Wil je voor één van de komende dagen een tafeltje bemachtigen in een restaurant dat meestal volzet is ? markeer dan de gewenste resto’s als je favouriet(en), zorg dat je notificaties in je telefoon aan staan.Yeat stuurt je dan meldingen van al je, als favouriet gemarkeerde restaurants wanneer die een tafeltje online zetten.

Yeatapp en Yeatapp.com zijn een initiatief van Niche nv waarvan de maatschappelijke zetel gelegen is op Magere Schorre 82, 8300 Knokke-Heist met ondernemingsnummer BE0463705233.

Deze gebruikersovereenkomst bevat de bepalingen en de voorwaarden die van toepassing zijn op het gebruik van de informatie en diensten aangeboden door de applicatie Yeat / Yeatapp.

De gebruiker (zij het in hoedanigheid van consument en/of restauranthouder) van Yeat / Yeatapp wordt geacht ingestemd te hebben met de bepalingen van deze gebruikersovereenkomst. Yeat / Yeatapp behoudt zich het recht voor op elk ogenblik deze gebruikersovereenkomst te wijzigen. Een geamendeerde gebruikersovereenkomst zal bekend gemaakt worden op Yeatapp.com en zal automatisch van kracht worden, 8 dagen na publicatie.

Artikel 2. Aansprakelijkheid

Niche nv kan niet verantwoordelijk gesteld worden voor de onjuistheden of tekortkomingen in de gegevens zoals die vermeld staan op Yeatapp.com Dit geldt zowel voor informatie die door Yeat / Yeatapp zelf op de site werd geplaatst, alsook voor informatie afkomstig van gebruikers (restauranthouders en adverteerders).

Incorrecte gegevens of tekortkomingen op Yeat / Yeatapp geven geen recht op een financiële compensatie.

Yeat / Yeatapp is niet verantwoordelijk t.a.v. gebruikers of derden voor mogelijk geleden directe, indirecte, incidentele schade, winstderving of voor eender welke schade veroorzaakt door haar nalatigheid of vergetelheid in het verschaffen, compileren, monteren, schrijven en interpreteren van informatie.

Niche nv biedt Yeat / Yeatapp.com uitdrukkelijk aan 'zoals ze is'.

Voor de technische realisatie ervan wordt een beroep gedaan op de meest geavanceerde technieken. Niche nv kan niet aansprakelijk gesteld worden voor het (tijdelijk) uitvallen of eventueel disfunctioneren van het systeem. Niche nv is niet verantwoordelijk voor links naar sites die beheerd worden door derden. Niche nv noch Yeat / Yeatapp.com oefenen controle uit over de voorgenoemde websites en aanvaarden geen enkele aansprakelijkheid met betrekking tot de inhoud ervan.

De opname van links naar deze websites betekent niet dat Yeat / Yeatapp de elementen goedkeurt die deze sites bevatten, en impliceert niet noodzakelijk een samenwerking tussen Yeat / Yeatapp en de eigenaars van deze sites. De informatie op de site wordt periodiek gewijzigd. Yeat / Yeatapp behoudt zich het recht voor op elk moment verbeteringen en/of wijzigingen door te voeren op haar site en aan de applicatie.

Artikel 3. Intellectuele eigendom en copyright

Yeatapp® en Yeat® zijn geregistreerde merken van Niche nv. Deze termen en grafische elementen zoals logo's eigen hieraan, mogen enkel gebruikt worden in referentie naar oplossingen en websites van Niche nv.

De adresgegevens van bedrijven zijn ofwel geplaatst door de bedrijven zelf ofwel opgenomen in de selectie door Yeat / Yeatapp en verzameld via publieke gegevensbronnen zoals Google en derhalve ook geen eigendom van Yeat / Yeatapp. Bijkomende gegevens die gepubliceerd worden door (zoals bv. beschrijving, foto's) en over bedrijven (bv. recensies) beschouwen wij als eigendom van de restauranthouders zelf. Deze gegevens mogen dus enkel gebruikt worden mits expliciete toestemming van het bedrijf in kwestie.

Artikel 4. Boeking

Een gebruiker die via de app een beschikbare tafel boekt is gehouden aan de gangbare etiquette die geldt bij het reserveren van een restaurant. Dit wil zeggen, het aantal personen respecteren waar de gebruiker heeft voor geboekt, het tijdstip en tijdslot respecteren, waarop werd gereserveerd, de voorschriften van het restaurant respecteren inzake, specifieke punten eigen aan het restaurant zoals bv. huisdieren niet toegelaten of tafel op verdiep, of op het terras, etc.

De restauranthouder dient deze voorschriften duidelijk te vermelden bij het beschikbaar stellen van zijn tafel zodat de gebruiker er vooraf kan kennis van nemen. Een gebruiker die een tafel boekt is gebonden deze tafel effectief in te nemen met het aantal opgegeven personen. Wijzigingen in zijn boeking kunnen uitsluitend vooraf telefonisch worden overlegd met de restaurantuitbater.

Artikel 5. Annulatie van een reservatie

Het is aan de gebruiker om een reservatie correct te annuleren. Dit kan niet via de app. Gezien het ‘very last minute’-karakter van de app dient de gebruiker die geboekt heeft en toch opnieuw wil annuleren, telefonisch contact op te nemen met het restaurant.

De gebruiker erkent dat enkel telefonisch annuleren als geldig annuleren wordt aanvaard. De restauranthouder zal de annulatie per mail bevestigen.

Elke gebruiker van de applicatie, gaat ermee akkoord dat een restauranthouder hem zou kunnen een schadevergoeding aanrekenen voor het niet (correct) annuleren bij een geboekte reservatie.

Het aldanniet vragen van een schadevergoeding is volledig voor rekening van de restaurantuitbater.

Yeat / Yeatapp kan niet verantwoordelijk worden gesteld voor acties van gebruikers of restaurantuitbaters, inzake annulaties van bevestigde boekingen.

Artikel 6. Bewijs en toepasselijk recht

Niche nv heeft met Yeat / Yeatapp en yeatapp.com als doel het uitbouwen van een gebruiksvriendelijk online-platform waarbij de gebruikers volledige controle over, en inzage hebben in hun eigen gegevens en hij/zij enkel de informatie ontvangt waarnaar hij/zij expliciet gevraagd heeft.

Indien u op een bepaalde manier als gebruiker ervaart dat deze doelstelling niet gehaald wordt, dan vragen wij u uw klacht te formuleren naar claim@yeatapp.com

Yeatapp and Yeatapp.com are an initiative of Niche nv, whose registered office is at Magere Schorre 82, 8300 Knokke-Heist and has enterprise number BE0463705233. This user agreement contains the terms and conditions that apply to the use of the information and services offered by the application Yeat / Yeatapp.

The user (in the capacity of consumer and / or restaurant owner) of Yeat / Yeatapp is deemed to have agreed to the provisions of this user agreement. Yeat / Yeatapp reserves the right to change this user agreement at any time.

An amended user agreement will be announced on Yeatapp.com and will automatically take effect 8 days after publication.

Article 2. Liability

Niche nv cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies or shortcomings in the data as stated on Yeatapp.com. This applies both to information placed on the site by Yeat / Yeatapp itself and to information from users (restaurant owners and advertisers. ). Incorrect data or shortcomings on Yeat / Yeatapp do not entitle you to financial compensation.

Yeat / Yeatapp is not responsible to users or third parties for any direct, indirect, incidental, loss of profits or for any damage caused by its negligence or oblivion in providing, compiling, assembling, writing and interpreting information. Niche nv explicitly offers Yeat / Yeatapp.com 'as is'.

The most advanced techniques are used for the technical realization. Niche nv cannot be held liable for the (temporary) failure or possible malfunctioning of the system. Niche nv is not responsible for links to sites managed by third parties. Niche nv nor Yeat / yeatapp.com exercise control over the aforementioned websites and do not accept any liability with regard to their content.

The inclusion of links to these websites does not imply that Yeat / Yeatapp approves the elements contained in these sites, and does not necessarily imply any collaboration between Yeat / Yeatapp and the owners of these sites. The information on the site is changed periodically.

Company address details are either posted by the companies themselves or included in the selection by Yeat / Yeatapp and collected through public data sources such as Google and therefore not owned by Yeat / Yeatapp. We consider additional data published by (such as description, photos) and about companies (such as reviews) as the property of the restaurant owners themselves. This data may therefore only be used with the express permission of the company in question.

Article 4. Booking

A user who books an available table via the app is bound by the usual etiquette that applies when booking a restaurant. This means respecting the number of people the user has booked for, respecting the time and time slot at which the reservation was made, respecting the restaurant's regulations regarding specific points specific to the restaurant, such as pets not allowed or table on the first floor, or on the terrace, etc.

The restaurant owner must clearly state these regulations when making his table available so that the user can take note of them in advance.A user who books a table is bound to effectively occupy this table with the number of persons stated. Changes to his booking can only be submitted in advance by telephone to the restaurant manager.

Article 5. Cancellation of a reservation

It is up to the user to cancel a reservation correctly. This is not possible via the app. Given the "very last minute" nature of the app, the user who has booked and wants to cancel again should contact the restaurant by telephone.

The user acknowledges that only telephone cancellation is accepted as valid cancellation. The restaurant manager will confirm the cancellation by email.

Every user of the application agrees that a restaurant owner could charge him compensation for not (correctly) canceling a booked reservation. If a claim for damages is not made, it will be entirely for the restaurant operator's account.

Yeat / Yeatapp cannot be held responsible for actions by users or restaurant managers with regard to cancellations of confirmed bookings.

Article 6. Evidence and applicable law

Belgian law applies. The parties accept that the electronic communication between them has legal force of written proof. In case of disputes or disputes, only the courts of Bruges are competent.

Niche nv aims with Yeat / Yeatapp and yeatapp.com to develop a user-friendly online platform where the users have full control over, and access to their own data and he / she only receives the information that he / she has explicitly asked for.

L'utilisateur (bien qu'en qualité de consommateur et / ou de restaurateur) de Yeat / Yeatapp est réputé avoir accepté les dispositions du présent contrat d'utilisation.

Article 2. Responsabilité

Yeat / Yeatapp n'est pas responsable envers les utilisateurs ou les tiers de tout dommage subbis direct, indirect, accidentel ou causé par sa négligence ou son oubli dans la fourniture, la compilation, l'assemblage, l'écriture et l'interprétation des informations.

Niche nv propose explicitement Yeat / Yeatapp.com «tel quel». Les techniques les plus avancées sont utilisées pour la réalisation technique. Niche nv ne peut être tenu responsable de la panne (temporaire) ou d'un éventuel dysfonctionnement du système.

Niche nv n'est pas responsable des liens vers des sites gérés par des tiers. Niche nv ni Yeat / yeatapp.com n'exercent un contrôle sur les sites Web susmentionnés et déclinent toute responsabilité quant à leur contenu.

Les coordonnées de l'entreprise sont soit publiées par les entreprises elles-mêmes, soit incluses dans la sélection par Yeat / Yeatapp et collectées via des sources de données publiques telles que Google et ne sont donc pas la propriété de Yeat / Yeatapp. Nous considérons que les données supplémentaires publiées par (telles que la description, les photos) et sur les entreprises (telles que les critiques) sont la propriété des restaurateurs eux-mêmes. Ces données ne peuvent donc être utilisées qu'avec l'autorisation expresse de l'entreprise concernée.

Article 4. Réservation

Un utilisateur qui réserve une table disponible via l'application est lié par l'étiquette habituelle qui s'applique lors de la réservation d'un restaurant. Cela signifie respecter le nombre de personnes pour lesquelles l'utilisateur a réservé, respecter l'heure et le créneau horaire auquel la réservation a été effectuée, respecter les règlements du restaurant concernant des conditions spécifiques au restaurant, tels que les animaux domestiques non autorisés ou la table à l'étage, ou sur la terrasse, etc.

Le restaurateur doit énoncer clairement ces règles lors de la mise à disposition de sa table afin que l'utilisateur puisse en prendre connaissance à l'avance.Un utilisateur qui réserve une table est tenu d'occuper efficacement cette table avec le nombre de personnes indiqué. Les modifications de sa réservation ne peuvent être soumises à l'avance par téléphone au restaurateur.

Article 5. Annulation d'une réservation

Il appartient à l'utilisateur d'annuler correctement une réservation. Ce n'est pas possible via l'application. Compte tenu de la nature "très dernière minute" de l'application, l'utilisateur qui a réservé et souhaite annuler à nouveau doit contacter le restaurant par téléphone.

L'utilisateur reconnaît que seule l'annulation par téléphone est acceptée comme annulation valide. Le propriétaire du restaurant confirmera l'annulation par e-mail.Chaque utilisateur de l'application accepte qu'un restaurateur puisse lui facturer une compensation pour ne pas (correctement) annuler une réservation réservée.

L’ initiative pour si oui ou non réclamer une compensation, sera entièrement à la décision du restaurateur.

Yeat / Yeatapp ne peut être tenu responsable des actions des utilisateurs ou des restaurateurs concernant les annulations de réservations confirmées.

Article 6. Preuve et loi applicable

Le droit belge s'applique. Les parties acceptent que la communication électronique entre elles a force juridique de preuve écrite. En cas de litiges ou de réclamations, seuls les tribunaux de Bruges sont compétents.

Niche nv vise avec Yeat / Yeatapp et yeatapp.com à développer une plate-forme conviviale où les utilisateurs ont le contrôle total et l'accès à leurs propres données et il / elle ne reçoit que les informations qu'il / elle a explicitement demandées.
